Nicholas is originally from Southern New Jersey and now calls Central Florida home. He brings a strong work ethic and a practical, people-first mindset into everything he does.

Real estate quickly became a natural fit for Nicholas. Alongside his fiancée, Skylee, They created the Skylee & Nicholas Real Estate Team. Together, they focus on providing a straightforward, honest approach while always putting their clients first. Their goal is simple—to keep things easy, be there when it matters, and take care of their clients every step of the way.

Outside of real estate, Nicholas is a huge animal lover and has three dogs and one cat of his own. He knows firsthand how important it is to find a home that fits every part of your life including your furry friends!
